The 2021 Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest is over and with it came many reveals for Hasbro’s many brands. But the most important brand was saved for last with Star Wars.
During the panel, the Hasbro Star Wars team revealed many products from the Black Series line as well as the Vintage Collection Line.
First the Black Series: The first product revealed was the Wedge Antilles electronic pilot helmet. Modeled after the helmet worn by Wedge in the Original Trilogy. Then fans were shown the next wave of figures with Aurra Sing, Koska Reeves from The Mandalorian, Zero from The Mandalorian, General Lando Calrissian from Return of the Jedi and Tech from The Bad Batch. All of these figures look absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to have them in my collection.
Then we were treated to a lot of reveals from the Vintage Collection line. For those of you unfamiliar with this line of figures and vehicles, they stand 3.75″ tall and have many points of articulation when it comes to posing and playing with the figure. They are also placed on a new vintage cardback that is reminiscent of the old Kenner figures.
The team first revealed that the “Gaming Greats” collection from the Black Series line would also be coming to the Vintage Collection. They revealed four figures coming to the Vintage Collection Gaming Greats line and they are: The Electrostaff Purge Trooper, the Shadow Stormtrooper, the Scout Trooper and the Heavy Battle Droid. Then came the main line of figures. Fans were shown Hoth Luke Skywalker, Endor Han Solo, the Emperor’s Royal Guard and Admiral Ackbar (Which I definitely need to pick up) and then came the biggest reveal of the panel! Blue Leader Antoc Merrick and his X-Wing are coming this fall as a Target exclusive and I WILL definitely be picking it up. Merrick is one of my favorite characters in Rogue One and it’s absolutely fantastic to see him in figure form with his X-Wing!
That’s it for the reveals but stick around as Hasbro has said that there will be more reveals coming soon. What did you all think of the reveals and what figures will you be picking up?
